Rules & Regulations
These Rules and Regulations are designed to ensure competitive balance, fair play, player safety, financial accountability, and overall league integrity. All players, team captains, coaches, and participants are required to read, understand, and comply with these rules for the duration of Season 2.

Each team is required to maintain a standard roster of nine (9) players, which is consistent with most local adult basketball leagues.
Age Requirements
- 5 players must be 40 years of age or older
- 4 players must be 39 years of age or younger
- Age eligibility determined by official season start date
Teams operating with 8 players or fewer remain financially responsible for the full nine-player league fee. The total team cost will be redistributed among the active roster.
8-Player Roster Option
- Teams may choose to play with an 8-player roster
- Must pay for 9 required players ($1,350 total)
- Roster must consist of 4 players (40 & up) and 4 players (39 & below)
Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the Basketball Association Legacy League (B.A.L.L.) constitutes full acceptance of these rules. B.A.L.L. League Management retains full authority to interpret, enforce, and amend these rules in the best interest of the league. All league decisions are final and non-appealable.
